Satyam BPO appoints Harish SN as Global Delivery Head
Hyderabad (India), April 5, 2007: Satyam BPO Ltd., Satyam’s BPO arm and World’s First eSCM Capability Level 4 Service Provider, today announced the appointment of Harish S N as its Global Delivery Head. In his new role, Harish would provide thought leadership in enhancing customer confidence by ensuring operational excellence and leading the Delivery team to create ‘Centres of Excellence’ across all existing & new delivery centres. He would also spearhead all quality initiatives across the organization.
Harish joins Nipuna from 24/7 Customer India where he was instrumental in providing direction and executing strategies for building the company’s business. A business graduate from University of Mysore, Harish comes with 20+ years of experience in managing large outsourcing engagements, and his consulting expertise includes Business Transformation, Process/Technology Consulting in varied organizations such as 24/7 Customer, Wipro Ltd. and GE Capital.
