Satyam synergizes and collaborates with its Client-facing Units, Service Offering Teams and Technology Partners to provide comprehensive, cost-effective and time-efficient business solutions to our clients in the Testing space.

Satyam has entered into strategic alliances with Compuware Corp. and iTKO Inc. to create more value for our customers, both internal and external. Also, Satyam is a part of Global Influencer Program (GIP) for HP.

- Single Point Accountability - QEdge and its alliance partner provide a unified front to the customer and offer an entire package of tools and services thereby saving him on cost and effort.
- Joint Solution Approach - Adopted by successfully identifying and addressing the customer’s QA needs. This is done through involvement of partner since RFP stage. Satyam and the partner collaborate right from RFP stage to provide joint and effective business solutions to address complex IT requirements.
- Joint Creation of Business Plans – Seeking opportunities to generate value creation opportunities for Satyam’s customers. Opportunities for business expansion, creating new markets and opportunities for QA services based on solutions using alliances’ products.
- Technical support – Provided on-priority through patches and hot fixes or even by deploying an associate by the partner thereby reducing the issue-resolution cycle time.
- Centers of Excellence and Performance Center – Set up based on Alliance Products seeking to provide expertise in methodology and technology.
- Competency development - Dedicated training, skills transfer and support programs to develop and support competency and provide access to the most comprehensive, flexible and functional quality assurance technologies.
