Tracking Requirements

We use Kano Analysis to identify and measure basic and critical customer satisfaction parameters. We also help customers integrate PLM with requirements analysis and project management tools. Consequently, all requirements are tracked and acted upon appropriately.

Knowledge Reuse

Our PLM implementation is the first step in effective knowledge management. With a KM and reuse plan, Satyam reduces unproductive time spent searching for information. By building intelligent search engines, Satyam can reduce up to 75 percent of search efforts.
