Business Value Enhancement (BVE) - the Business Process and Technology Consulting group in Satyam has been constituted with the core mission of engaging with clients on business issues such as competitiveness of business operations and strategic leverage of information technology. BVE teams help clients make smart investments in business process and IT assets – in line with the strategic objectives of the enterprise, and manage investments in these assets for optimal business value. Our preferred engagement style is co-creation of value for clients – in line with Satyam’s positioning of “Business Transformation. Together”. BVE will strive to make Satyam the preferred transformation consulting partner globally. It is a part of the Enterprise Business Solutions group that contributes to over 44% of Satyam’s topline.
Business Value Enhancement was established in response to requests from some of its major customers to help improve their service capabilities. Satyam’s customers were principally interested in adopting Satyam’s highly successful methodologies for their own IT and Business units. Business Value Enhancement’s first clients were also some of Satyam’s largest customers; General Electric, Ford etc. From that small beginning this group has grown to become one of the world’s largest process consulting practices of its type, coming from an IT services company. In 2007, the Black Book of Outsourcing ranked Business Value Enhancement, the Numero Uno in the Top 20 ITO: Global Process Consulting Vendors.
Solutions Overview
Thus, Business Value Enhancement has developed a set of process solutions spread across the value chain covering continuous operations at the base and consulting led value delivery at the pinnacle.
