Satyam to announce Third Quarter
Results on January 19, 2007

(India), January 05, 2007: Satyam Computer Services
Ltd. (NYSE: SAY), the leading global consulting and information
technology services company, will announce both Indian GAAP
and US GAAP results for its third quarter ended December
31st, 2006, on the morning of January 19, 2007 (IST).
The release will be followed by a conference call where Satyam’s
founder and chairman B. Ramalinga Raju, Ram Mynampati, member
of the board & president, commercial and healthcare businesses,
and other members of Satyam management will discuss the performance
of the quarter.
The call will be at 6:30PM IST (9:00PM in Hong Kong and Singapore,
1:00PM in London and 8:00AM in New York) on January 19, 2007.
To participate in the conference call, callers can dial the
relevant numbers mentioned in the program schedule given below.
A replay of the conference calls will be available two hours
after the call on January 19th and till January 26th, 2007.
