Satyam is an active participant member and a board member of the Tele Management Forum (TMF).
As part of our goal to make assets and building blocks for new generation networks commercially available to our customers as soon as possible, we have played a significant role in the Catalyst projects of the TMF.
Catalyst projects are collaborative efforts of TMF member companies that demonstrate practical implementations of various NGOSS specifications. These provide key learning on NGN challenges for participating companies.

Realizing SOA-based NGOSS
NGOSS for Optical Transport Networks (OTN)—Solving interoperability and integration issues in new technologies, thereby unlocking new revenue streams and rolling out and managing new services
SLA Management for Next-Generation OSS for Optical Gigabit Ethernet
Satyam is a regular participant in TeleStrategies Billing and OSS World
events, sharing our vision and work on Next Generation Solutions. We have
presented several papers and delivered sessions on transition to an all IP
network. We share our experiences on challenges faced by the current service
providers and what we are doing to address those challenges.
We are also partnering with the best of breed vendors for orchestrating the convergence of disparate operations into one platform; integrating fixed/ mobile and voice/data/content/IPTV services for services onboarding, service fulfillment and services management from end user perspective, operator perspective and the 3rd party service providers perspective.
