Child Welfare Organization
The client works with children, their families, and communities to build a world where children are safe, healthy and capable of realizing their potential. The organization had a clipper-based solution, automating its Constituent Relationship Management activities. However, it wanted to migrate to a Windows-based solution while standardizing workflow across its offices in 10 countries. We are providing a parameter-driven, configurable, multilingual solution that closely follows the functionality of the system. This solution increases business process efficiency through process standardization, and by leveraging the technologies inherent in the underlying platform, which are available in each office, and will require no user retraining.

Women's Welfare Organization
This NGO supports programs in Asia that help improve governance and law, economic reform and development, women's participation, and international relations. The client wished to implement a knowledge management solution that will provide users information about existing knowledge via documents, emails etc., and help them write proposals, prepare for meetings, mine for project ideas, etc. We implemented the solution using popular document management software. A Proposal Generation Wizard helps create a document on the fly with the required templates enabling greater productivity.

Agriculture Support Organization
The client is an autonomous agricultural research organization under the purview of the United Nations. It wished to review the existing IT infrastructure and formulate an implementation plan to restructure the network. The objective was to introduce new technology and devise plans to use the IT infrastructure more efficiently. Our solution included an implementation plan and deployment of Microsoft Systems Management Server to manage the software deployment. Satyam infrastructure professionals also established a help desk to assist users with routine tasks.
