 Software Engineer 

Job Description:

• Design, develop and maintain computer software using hardware and computer languages such as Sun Solaris, Ab-Initio, SAS, PL/SQL, Unix Shell Scripting etc.
• Prepare statement of work and project scope documentation. 
• Serve as team lead on various software projects to ensure that technical aspects of projects are being prepared in a timely manner and in accordance with quality standards.

Requirements: 

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, or any Engineering field with at least 24 months experience in the job offered or as a software designer, developer or tester (We will accept a suitable combination of education, training or experience for this position).
• Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m, 40 hours/week.
• Salary: $28.85/hour.  (Position based in Parsippany, NJ but subject to relocation to unanticipated sites throughout the United States at Employer’s expense.)

 Delivery (Program) Manager

Job Description: 

• Oversee and Manage IT project planning, development and implementation in conjunction with regional sales and delivery responsibilities
• Organize and implement strategic planning for the region
• Assess client needs and prepare project proposals
•  Create appropriate process and methodology documents and templates for service delivery to clients
•  Develop and mentor project teams
• Verticals to be managed include pharmaceutical and biotechnology clients (the candidate must be capable to manage other verticals as well).

Requirements: 

• Master’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Business Administration or any Engineering field and 24 months experience in the job offered or as an IT Project Lead, Sales Manager or related field (We will accept a suitable combination of education, training or experience for this position).
• Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m, 40 hours/week
• Salary: $43.39/hour (Position based in Parsippany, NJ but subject to relocation to unanticipated sites throughout the United States at Employer’s expense.)

 Project Manager

Parsippany, New Jersey. 

Job Description: 

• Write and present project proposals to clients
• Project initiation, scoping, budgeting time and cost, research and evaluation of user requests
• Provide technical and project leadership to allocate project resources, resource planning, analysis, supervision, risk analysis and mitigation
• Pre-sales consulting, project management including project planning, project execution, project control, project closeout; communications management; risk management; and quality management within projects
• Analyze and evaluate emerging technologies, plan strategic implementation of new technologies, client liaison, handle client escalations, lead and manage full life cycle development

Requirements:  

• Master’s or foreign equivalent degree in Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or any related field 
• Must have at least one (1) year experience in the job offered or in the related occupation of Program Manager, Account Manager, Consultant, or equivalent. This One (1) year experience must include handling large projects, client escalations and client management.
• Must have knowledge of PeopleSoft, Lotus Notes, Java.
• Work Hours: Monday-Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., 40 hours/week.
• Salary: $90,500/annum.  (Position based in Parsippany, NJ but subject to relocation to unanticipated sites throughout the United States at Employer’s expense.)
