Satyam Technology Center (STC), a sprawling campus nestled among the lush greenery on Hyderabad's northern fringe, is a setting which inspires both creativity and discipline. STC includes a state-of-the-art information technology center, independent residential accommodation, a well-equipped clubhouse with a range of facilities including a swimming pool, gym, tennis courts and café. A satellite-based network called SatyamNet allows round-the-clock communication between overseas clients and India-based Satyam teams. Using Hub and Spoke architecture, this network uses satellite and terrestrial links to transfer data, voice and video-based information, to provide video-conferencing facilities, and 24-hour connectivity to clients' IT systems worldwide.

Stimulating learning
STC also houses the Satyam Learning Center, which makes a continuous effort to upgrade skills and add to the knowledge base of Satyam associates through regular workshops and seminars in technical and soft skills. Facilities include computer laboratories, classrooms, video and computer-based learning tools, and an extensive library. The library has an online catalogue and facilitates interaction with other major libraries in cities where Satyam Centers are located to provide inter-library loans.

Apart from the highly competent internal faculty, the SLC makes use of eminent specialists and academics to deliver training courses. Satyam associates are also encouraged to make use of the self-learning programs. In addition, Group Induction Programs are held every month for new associates.
