Safety of Women Associates

The policies at Mahindra Satyam BPO are framed taking gender sensitivity issues into account. As women Associates form a considerable part of the total workforce, we ensure a safe and secure workplace environment.

Gender sensitivity
Mahindra Satyam BPO recognizes that sexual harassment violates the fundamental rights of gender equality, right to life and liberty, and the right to work with human dignity guaranteed by the Constitution of India. To meet this objective, Mahindra Satyam BPO is unequivocally committed to institute measures to avoid, eliminate and –if necessary, impose punishment for any act of sexual harassment, which includes unwelcome sexually determined behavior.

The policy on sexual harassment applies to men and to women; to similar and opposite gender relationships; to relationships between supervisors and subordinates; and to peer relationships. Our Associates, customers, vendors, consultants, and anyone else doing business on our premises must comply with this policy.

Transport
24/7 pick-up and drop facility is provided by the organization to Associates. If a lady Associate is the last drop or the first pick up between 9:00 PM and 6:00 AM, our policies ensure that a security guard accompanies her till her door.
